## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责人员招聘，员工入离职等员工关系维护工作
- 负责员工内部激励、EAP、考勤管理
- 内部培训工作的推动和反馈
- 协助公司各类大型会议及活动策划、组织和实施；部分业务活动项目的支持
- 公司企业文化推广工作，品牌宣传的实施及推进
- 协助完成公司人才培养及领导交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济学，法学，管理学专业优先
- 形象气质佳，沟通表达能力佳
- 较强的统筹协调能力, 思维敏捷、观察分析能力强 4. 0-3年工作经验，应届生将列入管培生序列培养 5. 熟悉公文写作，熟练操作office系列软件
