## Job description

岗位职责 1.负责统筹行政办公、人事管理、后勤保障等综合性事务，保障公司日常运营，落实公司各项管理要求与监管规定，助力员工专业能力与合规意识提升。 2.完成领导交办的其他临时性、专项性工作，包括专项调研、数据统计、党建工作落实等。 任职资格 1.大学本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理、汉语言文学、保险学等相关专业优先。 2.1-3年保险行业或行政综合管理相关工作经验，熟悉保险行业监管政策与办公流程者优先。 3.具备扎实的公文写作能力，熟练使用Office办公软件、办公自动化设备；了解保险行业合规要求、行政人事基础流程；具备良好的沟通协调、统筹组织与问题解决能力。
