## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助客户经理对管辖客户提供客户营销、产品方案设计等客户服务；
- 结合经营单位实际情况，制定相关专业方向产品的营销指引，举办所负责推广产品的培训会，主动帮助客户经理队伍提升专业知识及营销技能；
- 搜集市场信息及客户需求，协助总行产品经理进行产品创新及运营管理；
- 根据分行安排做好公共户、战略客户、平台客户、供应链核心企业等的维护、经营、多产品营销方案设计等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、互联网、IT、经济等相关专业；
- 具备一定的市场营销综合分析能力、良好的沟通协调能力、具有3年以上相关工作经验；
- 具有良好的思想品德及职业道德，有较强的事业心及进取心，无不良记录（包括但不限于工作记录）
- 具备IT背景、央企财务背景者可优先考虑
