## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户咨询与服务
- 借助集团独具优势的产品、服务、业务布局，在公司整合提供的健康、养老增值服务权益体系下，深入了解客户需求，为符合条件的客户量身定制个性化的保险方案并进行保险销售；

### 客户关系管理
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访客户，了解客户需求的变化；

### 市场拓展与营销
- 积极打造个人专业IP，通过主流自媒体平台建立个人IP形象；积极参与公司组织的各类市场拓展与营销活动，提升品牌知名度，吸引潜在客户；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历优先，有寿险销售经验优先，财经、金融、医学、护理等相关专业优先；

### 专业技能
- 具备良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识和团队合作精神；
- 责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
