## Job description

岗位职责

### 医疗资源拓展与维护
- 制定执行拓展计划，对接医院、医生和医疗机构，协调日常运营并提供支持；

### 业务追踪与推动
- 设定服务考核标准，推广服务产品销售，协调跨部门合作，确保完成目标；

### 产品支持与开发
- 参与医疗服务产品培训、报价和推广支持，协助开发定制化服务产品，对接总部优化本地化方案；

### 业务赋能与推动
- 推动服务在健康险营销中的应用转化，提升业务效率和客户体验，指导团队提升医疗健康专业能力。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，医学、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2、1年以上医疗行业资源拓展或营销推动相关工作经验，有医院、健康险、健康管理机构工作经验者优先。 3、熟悉医疗行业运作模式，具备优秀的沟通协调能力，熟悉保险业务流程及合作模式。
