## Job description

岗位职责

### 目标管理与策略落地
- 基于业务核心KPI，制定可落地的业务推动方案，全程跟进执行进度，对最终指标达成结果负责；

### 跨平台资源协同
- 联动总部平台，统筹营销活动、客户权益体系、商机线索全链路跟进等专项工作，保障资源高效触达；

### 数据洞察与业务赋能
- 搭建业务数据跟踪体系，定期输出经营分析报告，识别业务痛点并提供优化建议，为业务决策提供数据支撑；

### 项目与活动统筹
- 负责业务会议、内部培训、营销宣导等活动的全流程策划与执行，保障业务沟通与落地效率。 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；

### 资质要求
- 持有证券从业资格证书，熟悉证券行业监管规则与业务流程者优先；

### 工作经验
- 具备证券/金融机构企划管理、项目推动或营销支持相关经验者优先；

### 能力素质
- 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调、资源整合与问题解决能力，逻辑清晰，抗压性强；

### 技能要求
- 熟练使用Office套件（Excel/PPT/Word），具备良好的数据处理、分析与可视化能力，对业务数据有敏感度。
