## Job description

岗位职责
- 目标分解、制定计划及策略， 带领中心团队完成KPI任务 ；
- 负责中心团队搭建，确保人员满编；
- 负责下辖营业部经理的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升；
- 组织中心各类竞赛，激励前线人员工作积极性；
- 及时追踪各项经营指标，及时发现存在的问题，提出改进措施，并推进实施； 6..落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责中心内各项合规工作，防范各类风险； 7.对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督； 8.完成公司要求的其他工作事项。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 本科及以上学历;

### 相关经验
- 5年以上相关从业经历，其中3年以上营销管理经验；

### 专业能力
- 具有丰富的信贷知识、企业管理知识、宏观经济知识;

### 核心能力
- 具有较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的营销团队管理能力、良好的计划拟定和推动技能、良好的演讲和沟通能力。
