## Job description

岗位职责 1. 协助经营团队深度挖掘客户需求，制定业务方案，协同营销推动等客户服务。 2. 及时传导落实总行政策，并结合经营单位实际情况，制定营销指引，组织开展产品宣导及业务培训，有效提升客户经理专业及营销能力。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、法律、计算机等相关专业。
- 具有 1 年以上相关经验，过往业绩表现良好，无违规行为。
- 熟悉对应业务方向的产品，具有良好的市场营销研判能力及沟通协调能力。
