## Job description

岗位职责
- 战略项目管理 负责集团科技类重点战略项目的整体推进、计划管理及过程追踪，建立项目管理机制，协调跨部门资源，推动关键节点按计划完成。 识别项目风险及问题，形成解决方案并推动闭环，定期输出项目分析及管理报告。支持管理层开展重点经营分析及专项研究，为决策提供数据和分析支持。
- 高层对外事务支持 按需支持高层对外活动，包括行业论坛、政府交流、客户活动、媒体发布等，协调内外部资源，保障重点活动顺利推进。
- 投资者关系（IR）与品牌传播（PR） 支持与集团投资者关系部门、品牌宣传部门的对接，包括材料准备、行业及竞争分析、经营数据整理等。协同品牌、公关团队，策划重点传播项目，提升重点项目的行业影响力。
- 战略研究 持续跟踪金融、医疗科技、人工智能及行业发展趋势，开展专题研究。输出具有管理层视角的分析报告，为战略制定提供支持。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、3-8年工作经验。 3、有一线国际咨询公司（McKinsey、BCG、Bain、Oliver Wyman、Strategy&、Roland Berger、Kearney等）经历优先。有战略规划、战略PMO、投资者关系或品牌传播相关经验优先。
