## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据中心整体战略规划和要求，协助部门负责人系统化地制定销售大区管理规划、年度工作计划、经营指标及业务发展计划；
- 协助部门负责人，搜集相关的行业资料及调研，给区域销售人员专业化的建议
- 负责各种公文的起草，包含且不限于会议纪要，专题报告，发言稿撰写
- 对接外部监管部门，做好同政府部门的对接，统筹做好对外公共关系的协调
- 负责跨部门的工作协调与对接，做好上传下达及横向支持工作，确保沟通渠道顺畅，信息资料传递真实有效 任职资格
- 年龄23-27岁，男性。
- 国内985/211院校本科及以上学历，经济学、金融学、工商管理专业优先；
- 具备大型企业销售经验；
- 优秀的文字功底和公文写作能力，具有较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力；
- 思路清晰、性格稳重，具备良的的沟通协调能力及抗压能力，具备良好的职业道德；
- 可以接受经常出差。
