## Job description

### 岗位职责 产品规划与设计
- 负责HRP、物联网管理等智慧管理系统的总体规划，制定产品路线图。
- 基于医疗集团战略需求，设计符合医院管理场景的功能模块（如物资供应链、成本核算、绩效管理、财务一体化等）。

### 结合医疗行业政策（如DRG/DIP支付改革、医院评级标准），推动产品合规性与创新性 需求分析与落地
- 深入医院一线部门调研需求，挖掘业务流程痛点。
- 协调医疗集团总部与下属医院，平衡标准化与个性化需求，制定需求优先级。

### 将业务需求转化为技术方案，与研发团队协作完成功能开发与迭代 项目管理与交付
- 主导HRP等智慧管理系统开发全生命周期管理，把控需求、开发、测试、上线进度。
- 推动跨部门协作（技术、实施、运维、医院科室），确保系统与医院现有系统（HIS、EMR等）无缝集成。

### 管理供应商资源（如外购模块合作），控制项目成本与质量风险 市场与竞品分析
- 跟踪医疗信息化行业趋势（如智慧医院、大数据分析），分析主流智慧管理产品功能差异。
- 研究竞争对手产品策略，提炼自身产品优势，支撑市场推广与客户决策。 任职资格

### 工作经验
- 具有5年以上信息化行业工作经验，熟悉HRP/HIS系统核心模块（如物资管理、财务核算、绩效管理），有医院运营管理或医疗集团总部协同管理经验，熟悉医院业务流程（如耗材SPD、成本管控）。

### 专业技能
- 精通产品设计方法论，熟练使用Axure、Visio、脑图等工具，具备PRD/BRD文档撰写能力。
- 熟悉医疗行业数据标准、政策法规。
- 了解主流技术架构（如微服务、云计算），能与技术团队高效沟通。

### 项目管理能力
- 具备PMP或敏捷开发认证者优先，能独立管理复杂项目并控制风险。
- 熟悉医疗信息化项目实施流程（如需求调研、UAT测试、上线验收）。

### 沟通能力
- 良好的沟通能力，能够与技术团队和用户进行有效的交流。

### 团队合作
- 良好的团队合作精神，能够在高压环境下保持工作效率。
