## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责牵头银保业务推动，负责下辖团队成员能力提升、技能培训及工作指导等工作。
- 统筹银保日常活动量管理追踪、业务指标追踪、头部绩优追踪、客户盘点、银保赋能等工作。
- 统筹银保相关产品队伍训练、沙龙组织、陪访陪谈等工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业优先。 2、 5 年及以上金融从业经验；其中至少2年从事保险相关工作经验；具备团队管理经验。 3、 具备带领银保顾问开展银保活动量管理、沙龙支持、营销推动、产品分析能力等。 4、具有良好的逻辑思维和研究分析能力、沟通协调能力、语言表达和文字运用能力，有 CFA/FRM/CIIA/CFP/AFP 等金融类专业证书者优先。 5. 遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良纪录。
