## Job description

岗位职责
- 协调团队完成产品支持任务，确保项目进度和质量;
- 处理客户的技术咨询和产品使用问题，提供解决方案;
- 收集客户反馈，分析市场趋势，协助产品优化和推广;
- 制定产品支持流程和培训计划，提升团队效率。 任职资格
- 具备1-3年相关工作经验，熟悉医疗产品设计及支持流程;
- 能够带领团队完成产品支持任务，具备良好的沟通协调能力;
- 熟悉天津市医疗产品市场及行业动态;
- 具备医疗产品设计相关知识，能够解决产品使用中的技术问题。
