## Job description

岗位职责 ①根据公司政策，统筹规划部门工作节奏，包括周计划、月计划、季度及年计划等，并督导落地执行，定期检视 ②组织协助公司资源投放，保证总分公司经营目标达成 ③负责营业部内的培训、各类活动组织，对经营指标负责 ④参与项目管理与规划，配合项目规划做方案调整 ⑤负责部门中心的组织发展、运营管理、绩效达成及品质把控 ⑥目前工作地点为广东省惠州市 任职资格 1、认同平安企业文化，具有良好的服务精神，团队协作意识强。 2、优秀的表达和沟通能力，良好的组织及统筹能力，有创新意识。
