岗位职责
- 分公司相关投诉案件的协谈处理及统计分析；
- 相关业务指标的推动、数据分析及报表的制作与发布；
- 重点项目性工作的推动落实。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，毕业证学位证齐全；
- 具有较强的执行能力、沟通应变能力及抗压能力；
- 有良好的心理素质、有耐心、上进心、学习领悟能力强。
