## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹零售支行日常经营管理工作，根据总分行发展战略、业务经营规划，组织推动支行零售业务营销工作，完成支行经营目标；
- 负责支行队伍管理、人才培养及文化建设等工作，推动提升支行人员的营销能力及服务水平，积极保障支行各项业务稳健发展；
- 贯彻执行总分行各项规章制度，负责支行日常营运风险防控、安保、消保工作，保证支行各项工作合规开展。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历。
- 从事金融工作4年以上，其中团队管理经验2年以上。
- 市场开拓及服务营销能力强，熟悉银行各种金融产品及相关业务，持有AFP、CFP 等理财专业证照者优先，有运营、综拓、贷款、理财等零售业务管理经验者优先。
- 具备较强的管理能力、执行能力、团队建设能力，积极进取，能够达成经营目标。
- 无严重违法违纪及不良从业记录，无在途或处罚期内处罚
