## Job description

岗位职责 岗位职责
- 全面负责药店日常运营管理，制定并执行药店销售计划、服务标准及管理制度，确保药店合规、高效、有序运转，保障供应链药品流转与终端服务的顺畅衔接。
- 负责药品采购、库存管理，合理规划药品品类，控制库存周转，杜绝过期、变质药品，确保药品质量符合国家规范及北大医疗相关标准。
- 带领团队完成销售指标，开展客户维护、健康咨询等服务，提升药店口碑及客户满意度，践行北大医疗的服务理念。
- 负责门店人员管理，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核、日常督导，打造专业、高效的团队，提升团队专业素养和服务能力。
- 严格执行药事管理相关法律法规，规范药品陈列、储存、销售流程，配合相关部门完成检查、验收工作。
- 处理门店日常突发情况，协调与供应链部门、医院相关科室及外部监管部门的沟通对接，保障药店各项工作顺利推进。 任职资格

### 学历要求
- 大专及以上学历，药学相关专业优先（如药学、中药学等）。

### 资质要求
- 具有执业药师资格证书者优先，持有药品从业相关资格证书，熟悉药事管理相关法律法规。

### 经验要求
- 具有1年及以上药房管理经验，熟悉药店运营流程、药品管理规范，具备一定的团队管理和销售管理能力。

### 能力要求
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和执行力，责任心强，服务意识佳，能承受一定的工作压力，认同北大医疗的企业文化。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，无药品行业禁业记录，服从门店工作安排，能配合门店正常排班。
