## Job description

岗位职责

### 全渠道获客推动
- 统筹全渠道价值获客工作，针对各渠道特性制定差异化获客策略，提供数据、工具及运营等支持；

### 新户经营
- 基于新客生命周期，推动180天新客线上经营策略和线下标准化服务动作的落地执行；

### 存量客户经营
- 挖掘内外部数据资源，通过线上、线下及远程团队协同，对基础客群进行分类分层，匹配适宜的产品、策略及活动，促进客户转化与提升；

### 场景搭建与活动落地
- 搭建基础获客场景平台，配合分行零售业务整体活动及策略的落地实施；
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机、工商管理等专业优先；
- 拥有两年以上银行、金融相关行业经验；
- 具有良好的数据敏感度，具备良好的分析研究报告撰写及演讲能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力，逻辑思维和沟通协调能力，善于跨团队、跨部门协作。
