## Job description

岗位职责
- 完善消保制度体系与机制建设;
- 定期向管理层/消保委汇报消保工作进展、风险趋势及重大投诉事件；
- 定期向监管汇报消保工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，法律、金融、公共管理或战略管理相关专业优先； 2、3年以上消保/合规管理经验优先，至少1年主导高管级汇报或战略项目落地经验； 3、有大型企业消保体系搭建、高管沟通材料撰写案例者优先。
