## Job description

岗位职责 负责所有需要定义、设计、开发和交付新产品的活动，以满足市场需求；管理并领导跨部门开发团队；负责项目执行的全过程；管理新产品开发项目团队的所有方面；确定项目所需资金并获得审批；监控项目进展并制定策略，以确保新产品成功交付；审批项目设计，以符合当地市场法规；就产品交付提供技术支持。 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，在金融-信托/担保/拍卖/融资租赁行业，有3-5年Product Manager工作经验，有在世界500强任职经历优先。
