## Job description

岗位职责 负责研究、总结并提炼医保业务管理流程，形成业务解决方案 针对业务主题，设计业务架构及解决方案，满足客户业务需求 负责产品业务需求概要设计，完成或指导其他人完成业务需求详细设计、产品本地化业务需求设计等文档的编写工作 支持产品的本地化实施，配合项目经理完成相关任务目标。 承担所在业务领域的知识文档管理工作，指导并培养部门内的业务顾问团队，提升部门的整体业务能力和方案设计能力 任职资格 负责研究、总结并提炼医保业务管理流程，形成业务解决方案 针对业务主题，设计业务架构及解决方案，满足客户业务需求 负责产品业务需求概要设计，完成或指导其他人完成业务需求详细设计、产品本地化业务需求设计等文档的编写工作 支持产品的本地化实施，配合项目经理完成相关任务目标。 承担所在业务领域的知识文档管理工作，指导并培养部门内的业务顾问团队，提升部门的整体业务能力和方案设计能力
