## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有优秀的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的沟通协作、担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力
