## Job description

岗位职责 【教育专家方向】
- 全周期教育规划与方案定制:为超高净值家庭子女提供3-24岁全链条教育规划，涵盖国际学校择校、K12学科提升、本硕博留学路径设计，确保升学目标与家庭财富传承需求深度契合。基于客户子女的学术能力、兴趣特长及家庭资源，制定个性化教育方案，整合竞赛培训、夏校申请、背景提升等资源，提升全球名校录取竞争力。
- 全球教育资源网络搭建与维护:动态跟踪教育政策变化，及时调整规划策略，规避政策风险。
- 高端客户陪伴式服务与家族教育传承:为平安私行顶私客户提供“教育+财富”双轨服务，协同家族办公室设计教育信托、跨境资金规划等方案，保障教育资金安全与传承效率。主导客户年度教育检视会议，解读录取结果、优化后续规划，并提供移民身份与教育路径的协同方案。
- 市场洞察与品牌赋能:支持私行高客活动策划。协助投顾开展教育主题路演，转化潜在客户需求，提升客户粘性与AUM贡献。 任职资格

### 硬性条件
- 本科及以上学历，教育学、国际关系、金融管理等相关专业优先，持有国际教育顾问协会认证者优先。6年以上国际教育规划经验，其中至少3年服务超高净值家庭经历，熟悉英美澳加等主流留学国家申请体系，累计输送学生进入全球前100大学超20例。
- 核心能力:精通国际课程体系与考试规划，掌握申请策略及文书润色技巧。擅长与高净值家庭建立信任关系，能将复杂教育规划转化为客户可感知的价值主张。

### 优先考虑
- 拥有国际学校招生官、留学机构合伙人等从业背景，具备流利外语能力。具备顶尖国际学校、海外名校招生官、教育基金会等资源网络，能快速调动资源解决客户个性化需求。
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
