## Job description

岗位职责 【职责定位】
- 负责高净值客户的全科诊疗与保健，跟踪用户生命周期的健康管理
- 把控高端医疗服务质量与诊疗安全，提供专属健康评估、问诊及咨询服务
- 协调与对接线下就医、多学科会诊等多维诊疗通道，保障外医服务解决方案质量
- 参与项目服务标准制定与优化，持续提升用户体验 任职资格 【岗位要求】 1、全科或内科医学专业背景，具备副高及以上医师职称 2、10年以上临床一线工作经验，大三甲医院工作经历，一线城市医院或部队医院优先 3、熟悉高管高干保健服务工作，及相关新知识、新技术、新方法 4、具有主动服务意识和良好沟通能力，善于挖掘客户健康需求 5、广泛了解医疗领域资讯，具备为客户筛选合适的医疗资源的能力
