## Job description

岗位职责 1．收取企业员工线下理赔资料，协助做好理赔申请； 2．记录客户反馈的理赔问题，及时反馈至相关部门，并跟进问题解决进度，向客户同步处理结果； 3．协助整理客户信息和服务记录，录入系统并确保数据准确，为业务分析提供支持； 4．维护客户关系，定期回访客户，及时了解理赔服务体验，收集改进建议，提升客户满意度； 5．针对客户的其他服务需求，积极进行内外部沟通、协调，争取为客户提供满意的答复； 6．组织到企活动，推广app和企微，促进线下转线上； 7．维护良好的客情关系，确保客户满意，协助续期管理； 8．完成公司交办的其他任务。 任职资格 本科及以上学历，沟通能力强、有较好学习和抗压能力等
