## Job description

岗位职责
- 操作系统软件、业务系统软件、防病毒服务器客户端软件及其它应用软件的安装及故障解决。
- 机构网络的设备申购、线路申请、环境准备、现场实施，维护监控防火墙设备。
- 负责新增职场的工程项目招标、谈判，职场的综合布线设计，监督施工、结果验收；电视电话会议系统调试、建设、和日常维护管理。
- 本机构IT设备的系统安装、测试，配备，以及IT设备、耗材的预算编制和库房管理。
- 固定资产管理（含车辆、通讯、空调、文印设施、投影设备、办公设施等）采购、管理、维护以及办公区域设施维修保养。
- 负责公文及用印签报的流转、催办及超时提醒，负责整理打印机纸张及整理打印完成材料；
- 公司各类行政费用的预算和报销
- 负责分公司及各支公司经营许可证、营业执照、组织机构代码证、统计证的申领、年检、变更、保管。
- 公司品牌宣传工作
- 组织会务、接待、员工内部激励等活动。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具备良好的沟通能力及学习能力
