## Job description

岗位职责 1 规划电话平台的系统架构及功能需求，平台引入的评估、实施、推广和优化。 2 电话平台常规需求管理，跟进功能需求测试、上线。 3 根据业务规模，规划电话平台资源的分布，合理分配资源，保证资源高效利用。 4 协助科室经理完成其他平台规划类的项目性工作。 任职资格 计算机、信息类相关专业，大学本科以上学历。 3年以上呼叫中心IT类从业经验，有金融类呼叫中心从业经历优先。
- 了解呼叫中心电话平台基本理论知识。
- 熟悉呼叫中心平台新技术的应用。
- 熟练应用MS Office软件包括Project和Visio。
- 熟悉国际或者国内知名电话平台的基本架构及系统功能，熟悉CTI技术。
- 具有大型IT项目管理经验和系统建设经验。
- 具备外包IT或者运营商管理经验。
- 优秀的客户服务意识和沟通协调能力。
