## Job description

岗位职责
- 收集市场信息、有计划地进行市场调查，有效利用公司资源寻找合作客户，积累潜在客户群，做好新老客户开发及维护；
- 与客户建立信任的工作关系，帮助企业规划员工福利保障、企业年金、资管等金融需求，为客户提供各项咨询、演示、方案制定、售后等一系列专业服务；
- 熟悉公司内部专业管理流程，借助集团综合金融平台优势，为企业提供资金管理和融资理财等金融服务；
- 做好客户关系管理，提高客户对公司的满意度。 任职资格
- 勤奋上进，亲和力强，具备良好的沟通、学习能力、较强的销售意愿和进取心；
- 工作经验不限，有人力资源、证券、银行、保险、销售等行业工作经验者优先；
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限。
