## Job description

岗位职责
- 客户咨询问题处理及回复。
- 客户投诉案件处理、化解、追责；客户情绪安抚及善后。
- 咨诉案件复盘、分析，形成报告。
- 负责消保工作在机构的推动落实，符合监管执行要求。
- 机构触点NPS调研检视。
- 保持与监管顺畅沟通。 任职资格 1、大学本科及以上，保险金融类等相关专业。 2、3年以上客服、咨诉等相关岗位工作经验。 3、保险专业知识扎实，并掌握处理咨诉案件的方法和技巧。 4、思路清晰，善于解决问题，共情能力强 。 心态积极，情绪稳定且不易受干扰，以合理解决问题为目的推进执行工作。
