## Job description

岗位职责
- 组织制定、修订并执行销售人员业务基本管理办法；
- 落实机构人员管理、薪酬考核跟踪，确保人员管理规范有效；
- 搭建销售人员荣誉体系、制度建设及绩优队伍建设，有效控制人力成本；
- 不定期开展行业研究、贷款重要政策解读，贷款及贷款电销同业数据、经营分析对比；
- 组织部门活动、参与部门会议筹备和重要会议纪要等工作。领导交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 金融、会计、管理专业优先；有贷款、保险、银行、电销等相关金融领域从业经验者优先，有两年业务管理、基本法、激励方案等类工作经验者优先
- 熟练应用excel、SQL、PPT等办公软件
- 具有良好的逻辑思维及协调、分析、计划能力，具有团队精神和沟通表达能力，逻辑思维能力强，学习分析能力强，能独立承担工作，沟通协作能力强
