## Job description

岗位职责

### 客户拓展与开发
- 负责区域内央国企、上市公司、优质企事业单位等目标客户的开发，精准挖掘企业年金及企业健康管理需求，制定针对性策略，完成业务指标。调研市场动态、竞争情况及养老保障需求，建立潜在客户库，推动客户转化。

### 项目推进与落地
- 为企业提供企业年金方案咨询、设计、政策解读及申报协助等一站式服务，推进年金计划立项、备案、签约等工作，确保年金计划顺利落地运营，解决业务推进中的问题。

### 客户关系维护
- 维护存量客户，定期回访，反馈年金运作情况及投资收益，解答日常咨询，提升客户满意度。挖掘客户多元化养老金融需求，拓展增值服务。

### 其他工作
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职资格
- 学历:本科及以上学历，金融、保险、经济、市场营销等专业优先。

### 经验
- 2年以上对公客户服务或销售相关工作经验，有企业年金、职业年金、银行对公、团体保险销售等相关业务经验者优先。

### 能力
- 具备良好的金融产品解读、方案设计及商务谈判能力；具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户关系经营能力。

### 素质
- 品行端正、责任心强，具备良好的职业操守，无不良从业记录及信用记录；沟通表达流畅、逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的团队协作精神、抗压能力和执行力，能适应市场拓展工作节奏。

### 其他
- 持有基金、证券从业资格等相关证书者优先。
