## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责本机构收、发文，政令传达及文件档案的管理与维护
- 负责本机构各种印章、证照的管理、办公区域设施维修、保养
- 负责本机构各类会务组织、会议记录及接待工作 负责本机构员工招聘申请材料制作、上报及员工关系管理 对内协调各机构间工作关系，对外协调与税务、工商、保监局、外管局等部门的关系 负责支公司单证、资金、资产及应收管理工作 领导交办的其它任务。 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
