## Job description

岗位职责

### 渠道管理
- 负责新拓及维护当地省分行、地市分行和重点支行渠道，管理和优化与银行合作关系，确保渠道的高效运作，对所负责渠道的业绩达成和考核目标达成负责。

### 产品推广
- 规划及组织所负责银行渠道的培训和沙龙活动，确保各分行渠道对产品有充分的了解。

### 营销活动策划
- 策划、设计和实施当地营销活动，追踪营销活动的效果，分析结果调整策略，识别新的业务机会。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销或相关专业；
- 具备3年以上寿险银保等渠道从业经验或银行客户经理从业经验；
- 有出色的沟通和谈判技巧及强大的市场分析和销售策略规划能力，具备独立培训和维护分支行的能力；
- 有国股行省行或地市行渠道关系者优先。
