## Job description

### 岗位职责 专职负责小企业业务开拓和维护的市场营销人员，主要职责如下
- 严格遵守法律法规以及我行规章制度，负责拓展佛山地区小企业金融业务；
- 负责小企业产品销售、业务拓展、客户综合金融服务等，积极达成个人小企业经营目标；
- 负责维护管理自己名下的授信客户并按规定做好贷后管理，确保我行资产质量安全； 任职资格
- 金融、会计、统计、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验，熟悉小企业信贷业务流程、特点；
- 熟悉佛山小企业金融市场特点，具备多方面市场开拓技能与营销渠道，良好的沟通及语言表达能力；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为，具备较强的抗压能力、团队协作意识与服务态度良好；
