## Job description

岗位职责
- 创新产品规划:负责公司产品部创新产品室创新类产品，主要是针对医保局、两定机构所需要的各类产品规划、设计和建设工作；

### 部门对接协调
- 作为产品部创新产品线负责人，与公司战略创新部、交付部协调对接，确保创新产品的正常交付落地。

### 团队管理
- 负责科室日常管理工作，负责科室内各小组资源协同和调配，团队管理，人才带教及梯队建设工作。
- 上级交代的其他产品统筹管理类工作。 任职资格

### 教育程度
- 医学类、计算机类、数学类相关专业，统招本科及以上学历。

### 相关工作经验
- 7年及以上医疗行业或互联网保险行业工作经验，3年以上产品团队（团队规模10人以上）管理工作经验。

### 专业能力
- 熟悉医疗、保险类产品和业务，至少在其中一条产品线有深入理解。

### 软性要求
- 聪明、情商高，具有创新意识，若有从0到1搭建团队经验可加分。
