## Job description

岗位职责
- 制定并执行队伍发展规划，推动团队规模和质量提升;
- 负责队伍的招聘、培训和考核工作，提升团队专业能力;
- 分析团队绩效数据，优化管理策略，提升业务达成率;
- 推动个代业务发展，达成公司设定的业务目标;
- 协调内外部资源，解决团队发展中的问题，提供支持;
- 优化队伍管理流程，提升团队工作效率和凝聚力。 任职资格
- 具备团队管理经验，能够有效推动队伍发展;
- 熟悉个代业务流程，具备相关业务知识;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与内外部团队有效合作;
- 具备一定的数据分析能力，能够支持业务决策;
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速融入团队。
