## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护分行顶级私行客户（我行资产3000万以上客户），建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加顶级私行客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投融资建议、财富分析和规划，做好客户的风险偏好、财务状况评估，向客户推荐合适的产品，全方面满足客户需求；
- 积极与集团内子公司、对公团队和支行联动，挖掘顶级私行业务线索，开展综合经营；
- 积极配合和参与私行团队管理，避免业务冲突，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 从事投融资、财富管理、银行对公客户经理5年以上工作经验，有私行经验者优先。特别优秀的，经验可放宽至3年以上；

### 专业能力
- 熟悉投融资业务、财富管理和银行产品，服务营销能力强，具备基金从业资格，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先；

### 素质要求
- 形象气质佳，沟通协调能力强，有敏锐的商业敏感，追求卓越，合规意识强。
