## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个人业务的推动及追踪动作执行，确保业务目标的达成。
- 定期统计业务数据形成相关报表，分析业务趋势和问题。
- 负责渠道协议、手续费、系统及平台的维护与优化。
- 上级领导安排的其他事项。 任职资格 1、2年以上保险行业业务推动工作经验，熟悉业务数据统计与分析。 2、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够推动业务目标的达成与渠道协议的维护。 3、熟练使用办公软件，能够独立完成业务数据分析与报告编制。
