## Job description

岗位职责
- 依托银行线上工具（企微、电话等）及已有客户资源，为零售客户提供专业的金融咨询与基础服务；
- 深度挖掘并综合分析客户的理财、资产配置等金融需求，建立完善的客户档案；
- 根据客户需求及风险承受能力，提供个性化的金融产品组合解决方案（基金、理财、贷款、信用卡等合规产品）；
- 关注金融市场动态，为客户提供专业的市场分析和投资参考建议，做好客户投后陪伴；
- 与客户保持常态化良性沟通，定期向客户反馈资产配置情况，提升客户粘性与服务满意度；
- 上级交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计等相关专业优先； 2、1年以上金融行业相关工作经验（银行理财、基金销售、保险经纪等）； 3、持有基金从业资格证/证券从业资格证优先； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、客户服务意识，有责任心，对金融市场有基本认知； 5、目标感强，具备一定的抗压能力和业绩达成意识； 6、无违法违纪等不良记录。
