## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责合规管理体系建设，牵头合规治理专项工作，包括合规文化宣导、合规培训、制度管理、员工行为管理等；
- 组织开展合规检查与问题整改，对接监管检查与内部审计；
- 负责合规材料报送及纪委制式化工作，推动合规要求全流程嵌入产品设计与业务运营。 任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，法律相关教育背景、通过司法考试或律师资格考试优先； 2. 3年以上的银行、律师事务所等工作经验，熟悉零售及小微信贷产品，具有金融机构法律合规工作经验者优先； 3. 具有较强的沟通协作能力、分析调研能力和团队合作意识；具有较强抗压能力者优先。
