## Job description

岗位职责 （一）负责开拓并维护批量获客渠道，建立长期、稳定、良好的合作关系。 （二）负责向合作渠道宣导我行零售经营及消费贷款业务规划及相关产品政策等，做好渠道培训支持及其他相关服务、按要求定期落实零售经营及消费贷款合作渠道检视管理等相关工作。 （三）负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益。 （四）负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务。 （五）按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作。 （六）落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 （七）完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格 （一）本科及以上学历，有1年以上银行或金融行业营销经验，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力 （二）熟悉营销与销售技能，熟悉信贷业务，具有较强的沟通表达能力及市场营销能力； （三）责任心强，具有良好的学习能力、敬业精神和职业道德，具备较好的抗压能力和团队协作意识； （四）诚信守法，无不良从业记录，风险意识。
