岗位职责
- 网点日常统筹管理运营，组织会议；
- 人员管理、早夕会督导训练；
- 推动网点人力、业务经营目标达成。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 积极向上，善于沟通协作，有较好的学习能力和执行能力；
- 具备较好的抗压能力。
