## Job description

岗位职责
- 新获及维护私行客户，保持客户AUM规模不断增长
- 做好客户资产配置及复杂产品销售，达成营收目标
- 积极参与私行团队建设及管理，不断提升团队成员专业技能及综合素养
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保团队有品质的持续经营 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有私行销售经历或资源者优先；
- 具有违法记录或行业不良记录的禁入。
