## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责贷款产品相关功能设计，参与贷款相关功能规划、需求撰写及上线后验证、操作手册编写、效果跟踪
- 负责协同科技团队，推动产品开发、测试、验证和投产发布等
- 负责普惠小微客群数据分析，对客群、产品进行多维分析，帮助优化产品功能 任职资格
- 具备较强的产品研发经验和产品创新能力
- 逻辑思维能力强，有较强的业务抽象和系统设计能力
- 熟悉小微金融产品优先
- 有较强的数据分析能力和抗压能力，能够有效开展团队合作
