## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责公司战略规划与年度经营计划的制定与推动落地，协调事业部完成目标分解与执行跟踪。
- 基于业务发展需求，开展行业趋势、市场竞争格局及技术演进路径的深度研究，输出具有前瞻性的战略建议。
- 构建并优化经营分析体系，运用数据分析方法（如同比/环比、回归分析等）对关键经营指标（KPI）进行监控与归因分析，支持管理层决策。
- 与财务、人力等部门紧密协作，推动预算编制、资源配置优化及绩效评估机制建设。
- 主导或参与重大项目，具备项目管理和跨部门协同能力 任职资格

### 学历背景
- 本科及以上学历。

### 工作经验
- 3年及以上战略规划、管理咨询、商业分析或科技行业相关工作经验。

### 数据分析与表达能力
- 具备扎实的数据分析与商业表达能力，精通 Excel及 PPT，能独立、高效完成从数据提取到结论呈现的汇报材料。

### 战略思维与逻辑能力
- 具备优秀的结构化思维和商业洞察力，能够从复杂信息中提炼核心问题并提出可行解决方案。

### 沟通与协作能力
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和推动力，能够在不确定性环境中高效达成共识。
