## Job description

岗位职责
- 加强渠道合作，建立紧密深入的渠道合作关系；
- 规划及制定本机构银行保险中长期发展战略及相关政策；对本机构银行保险工作进行全面部署；推动完成KPI指标；持续推进新销售模式及新产品的研究、试点及推广，建立银行保险长期持续竞争力及盈利能力；
- 培养销售管理队伍，建设一支道德标准最高的银行保险销售队伍；通过大力推动诚信工程建设，提升业务品质，加强后台建设，树立平安银保优质品牌；
- 与公司其他部门及外部监管部门进行有效的沟通。 任职资格 1.5年以上银保销售管理经验； 2.有较强的沟通能力和问题解决能力。
