## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责中小微企业贷款业务及小微企业主、个体工商户、农户等个人经营贷款业务营销拓展，完成个人业务指标；
- 开展存贷款业务、结算业务、中间业务等金融产品的营销与客户经营；
- 受理客户贷款申请，完成贷前调查工作，落实合规与风险管理要求；
- 管理和维护客户关系，提高客户综合贡献度和忠诚度，落实贷后管理工作及逾期本息催收。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年银行或金融行业工作经验；
- 熟悉或热爱小企业金融工作，具有较强的市场营销能力；具备批量获取小微企业客户的能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力；具有良好的团队协作意识与态度；
- 符合平安银行亲属回避政策；无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
