## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开拓零售贷款业务，按照总、分行要求进行客户、贷款业务及相关综合经营营销管理维护；
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益；
- 负责客户业务受理与贷前调查工作，如实介绍产品并告知客户相关权益和义务；
- 按贷后管理和资金流向相关制度和实施细则要求，落实相关工作；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力；
- 具有良好的团队协作意识与态度，良好的沟通能力；
- 具有个贷销售经历或个贷资源者优先，熟悉产业集群、商圈、产业链等客户、行业；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
