## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责总行策略解读、重点产品培训，并完成产品销售推动工作；
- 负责理财队伍的过程指标分析、规划执行路径、业绩分析，协助理财队伍提升产能；
- 负责一线赋能，包括培训、陪练、陪访、沙龙活动内容讲解等，以客户为中心，为理财队伍提供专业咨询及资产配置建议；
- 贯彻落实合规风控要求，防范操作风险和业务风险。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济管理类相关专业优先；
- 具备3-5年投资理财岗位工作经验，熟知各类金融产品，包括公私募基金、股权、信托产品、保险等，有营销经验或国内头部财富管理机构（含银行、信托等）管理经验者优先；
- 拥有丰富的产品规划、推动经验，在产品推动方面有成功案例，有项目管理（PMO）经验，持有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先；
- 追求卓越，具有商业敏感性，沟通协调能力强，遵纪守法，遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良记录。
