## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责私财队伍的绩效算薪，包括每月绩效数据计算、核对、系统数据上传等；
- 负责私财队伍的半年度晋降级考核，包括月度考核预警及半年度晋降级考核等；
- 负责管户调整相关工作，如管户调整审批、仲裁等；
- 爱客系统人管角色，负责完成爱客系统内用户管理、管户调整等；
- 负责其它人员及管户管理相关事项及临时性工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有银行或者相关金融机构工作经验2年及以上，熟悉零售银行业务，有一定的队伍管理经验、有网点一线工作经历者优先；
- 能熟练掌握Office办公软件应用，含PPT、EXCEL等；
- 有较强的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力、团队合作能力及承压能力；
- 目标感强，有恒心、韧劲强，遵纪守法，合规意识强。
